Clomid is classified as Hormonal Therapy and is composed of Clomiphene Citrate. There are certain hormones that support the growth and release of a mature egg in women. This process is called Ovulation. Clomid stimulates the growth of the said hormones and assists in ovulation by blocking estrogen receptors at the hypothalamus. It is not recommended to women whose ovaries are incapable of making eggs properly.

I have been trying to get my hands on Clomid, a fertility medication used to treat infertility in women, and had to discontinue all of it as well, which has been incredibly frustrating. Now, with the help of my fertility specialist and fertility specialist, I am able to have an egg and I can also have my own in vitro fertilization and that's how I am now able to have a baby.
The first step I've been trying to do this for the last 6 months has been to have the egg implanted in my uterus, but it's been an overwhelming process, and my fertility specialist has been very reluctant to give me Clomid.I've been doing this for years, and have been doing everything I can to get pregnant.
The thing that I have not had a chance to do is to get a pregnancy test done, and that's where I'm going with my fertility specialist.
My fertility specialist is not very forthcoming about the issue with this pregnancy test, and I've been seeing that they can give me a baby for an initial month or so before I have to give my doctor a call.
I have been trying to get the first embryo from my daughter, which is now 8 months old, and she has a little girl on the right side of her body, and I've been doing everything I can to get the pregnancy test done, and I am having the same pregnancy test every month, and every single month is a different pregnancy test, so the first month is not a good month for me to have a baby.
The pregnancy test is a different one than the one I had before my pregnancy test. I'm going to have a scan on a regular basis, and the pregnancy test will be done in a day, and my doctor will tell me that I have a couple of eggs left, and the pregnancy test will be done in a week. If I don't get the pregnancy test in a week, then the next day, I'll start the first egg I get at home, and that's how I'm going to get my baby.
Welcome to our dedicated page on Clomid (clomiphene citrate).
Description:Clomid (clomiphene citrate) is a medication that is used in the treatment of ovulation (the release of an egg from the ovaries). Clomid works by blocking estrogen receptors, which are present in the hypothalamus and pituitary gland. By blocking estrogen receptors Clomid can increase the production of follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) and luteinizing hormone (LH), which in turn stimulates the release of follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) and luteinizing hormone (LH).
How to Use:Clomid is usually taken orally, usually once daily, or as directed by your doctor. The dose and duration of treatment depend on the individual’s needs and response to the medication. The duration of treatment is usually only six months, although the effectiveness may be reduced by up to one year.
Important Information:Do not take Clomid if you are allergic to clomiphene citrate or to any of the ingredients listed at the end of this leaflet. Before taking this medication, tell your doctor and pharmacist your medical history, especially of: congestive heart failure, liver disease, hormone therapy, pituitary gland surgery, ovarian stimulation, thyroid disorder, ovarian cysts, ovarian cancer, and ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome. If you have conditions like a history of pituitary tumors, liver disease, or adrenal gland problems, your doctor may be able to help you.
Additional Careful Information:Before taking Clomid, tell your doctor if you have or have ever had breast cancer, high or low blood pressure, high cholesterol, diabetes, a history of stroke, heart attack, liver disease, high blood pressure, gallbladder disease, or prostate cancer. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, your doctor may advise you to avoid alcohol or certain medications while taking Clomid.
Before using this medication, tell your doctor and pharmacist your medical history, especially of: heart problems (such as angina, heart failure, or heart attack), high cholesterol levels (such as LDL cholesterol 10%-20%), diabetes (such as diabetes type 2), high blood pressure, high triglycerides (such as triglyceride), high blood sugar (such as high blood sugar or high cholesterol), or high prolactin levels. Your doctor may also want to check your bone mineral density before you start taking Clomid, as well as any changes in the breast or other body parts.Precautions:Clomid should not be used in women of childbearing age, as the drug can cause birth defects. If you are under 18 years of age, it is important to inform your doctor about your medical history and any medications you are currently taking. The drug can also affect the bone mineral density of pregnant or nursing women.
Storage:Keep Clomid out of the reach of children. Keep it in its original packaging, tightly closed, and out of reach of children. Using this medication for a long time may lead to side effects, especially when taking high doses.
Interactions:Clomid can increase the risk of certain side effects. Taking Clomid with certain medications may increase the risk of side effects. Tell your doctor if you are taking any of the following: medications for high blood pressure, blood thinners, cholesterol, blood pressure medications, digoxin, warfarin, digoxin antibiotics, or blood thinners, aspirin, antacids, or over-the-counter medications. This medication can affect the way other medications work or increase your risk of side effects.
Hi everyone! I am trying to get pregnant and am trying to get a baby with the idea of having to keep my fertility rate low (but not too low). My doctor prescribed Clomid to me but I am not sure if it is the right medication for my situation. I was wondering if anyone knows if it is possible to get pregnant by using clomid? Is there any way to get pregnant without using Clomid? I am using the Clomid for the first time and the results are good and I have not had any side effects yet.
November 23, 2010, 6:26pm3Hi I am having very low sperm count. Is this a possible scenario?
Pregnancy is a normal process when we are trying to conceive. If it is not working, we would need to undergo fertility tests to get a semen analysis. We do not have fertility tests so if there is anything wrong with the test we would like to have. We would want to get pregnant and would also want to keep our fertility as low as possible. Do you have any thoughts on whether it is possible to get pregnant and if so what are the alternatives?
November 23, 2010, 12:12pm4If you were to increase your fertility then it would be great to know if this can be done. Clomid works, however I do not have fertility tests so I am not sure if this can be done or not. If you would like to discuss this with anyone please do not hesitate to reach out for a consultation with one of the team members who can assist with your specific situation.
Hello,
Hello Dr. Bart,
Thank you for your response and if you have any other questions about your situation then feel free to ask them.
November 24, 2010, 1:15am5Hi, I have read that you may be able to get pregnant with Clomid. Please tell us more about it. Clomid is a prescription drug and it is very important to get a proper test to see if it is working. There are some studies showing that there may be no negative side effects in this group.
November 25, 2010, 4:22am7Yes, Clomid works, but I would not recommend trying it to anyone. If you would like to discuss the matter further please post on your own. I will definitely do that as I know it is a very low price option. I will post this as soon as I find something for you.
November 25, 2010, 1:38am8Thank you so much Dr. Bart. Thats really helpful info. I hope this helps. I would like to hear from others here too as it really helps to be honest.
I have a question about your situation. I have tried different fertility treatments and it does not work. I was on Clomid and it worked just fine but then I got pregnant again and after several rounds of ovulation I had some hot flashes. I am currently on a 5 day cycle and I have no luck with ovulation. Any thoughts on how to help? I have also read that it may be a problem for me as I am very overweight and my sperm count is very low. I would love to have an injection. Is it possible to get pregnant without trying to conceive?
November 25, 2010, 5:12am10You have already discussed the issue of low sperm count and what you have read has been good advice from Dr. Bart, but what I would like to know is if you can discuss any further with him. Thanks in advance for your help.
Hi Dr.
Thanks for all the information and for the advice. I was wondering what you can do to manage your situation with Clomid. I have been taking it for a few years and have only been trying for 3 months to get pregnant and it is not working for me.
